Totes Bubble Rain Umbrella, Clear curated on LTK

Easy Halloween costume idea is this umbrella jellyfish! I cut strips of a shiny tablecloth, and cut spirals of bubble wrap, then used tape to affix to a clear umbrella. I used twist ties to attach LED string lights (powered by a portable usb battery charger which is in my pocket) to the spokes of the umbrella.

DIY jellyfish Halloween costume! Easy and affordable (use things you have around the house!)
I bought a clear umbrella and indoor LED lights with USB charger, these were the most expensive items. I used scissors to cut spirals out of bubble wrap. Cut metallic party tablecloth into strips (spirals will tear easily). Use packing tape and twist ties to attach your tentacles and lights to the umbrella.
