🎃👻I scream, You scream, we all scream for Halloween Ice Cream Sammies!😋🍦Put these on your weekend to do list!! We used the classic Pillsbury Halloween place and bake cookies in both the ghost and pumpkin design! Bake according to instructions on the box and allow to cool completely. After they have cooled, place a small scoop of ice cream on one cookie and smash it together with another cookie. We did mix and match so each sandwich has a ghost and a pumpkin! if you need to, smooth the ice cream around the edges with your finger and then roll in Halloween sprinkles! After each one, I wrapped in parchment paper and immediately placed in the freezer to avoid melting. You have to work fast or it gets a little messy!
