Here is how I hung our rates on our kitchen windows! Comment SHOP for links to everything I used and my decor!

Command hooks are not usually my go to, but they are for this because a suction cup would not allow the wreaths to hang straight on this type of window. These wreaths are pretty heavy, so I used two strands of fishing line, looped it through and tied it in a knot. Then I attached the command hook upside down on the outside of the window, looped the fishing line onto the command hook, and closed the window. Easy peasy! They’ve been up there several weeks now and seem to be holding just fine!

Don’t forget to print and frame your Santa pictures!🎅🏼

This is such an easy way to make a big impact with your Christmas decor! I used one hour photo and had it knocked out in a snap simply by putting these pictures in front of the ones we already had on our little gallery wall. And let me tell you, my kids have LOVED admiring them every time they walk by!🥰 I added just a little greenery and bells for more festive fun!

Christmas Porch PART✌🏼: the steps!

I almost didn’t even share this because it looks so much better lit up (can’t wait for you to see!!), but I know sometimes it’s helpful to show the process so here we are! I loved mixing all of these trees this season. It’s not all about symmetry but about balance! I’m almost done with the rest of the porch… just need to finish up the swing and add garland along the railing!

I am so excited to be working again with Pottery Barn this season! Many of their Christmas and holiday items are currently on sale so it’s a great time to snag them! Here are a few easy steps to get your porch ready for the season:

1. This year I used a beautiful pre-lit pine and eucalyptus mixed garland around the doors. I doubled it up for added fullness!

2. Layer a neutral scatter or jute rug and welcome mat. I use a 3x5 or 4x6 for my double doors. I’m obsessed with this doormat from Doormat Decor!

2. Add baskets or planters and fill with trees...don’t be afraid to use faux! I mixed greenery and these red berry trees - wait until you see them at night!

3. Top it off with wreaths and bells, lanterns and ribbons!

The camera really does not do them justice! They’re currently 25% off and available in four sizes. I’ll definitely be incorporating them into my holiday front porch!
