Command hooks are not usually my go to, but they are for this because a suction cup would not allow the wreaths to hang straight on this type of window. These wreaths are pretty heavy, so I used two strands of fishing line, looped it through and tied it in a knot. Then I attached the command hook upside down on the outside of the window, looped the fishing line onto the command hook, and closed the window. Easy peasy!
