Day 2: Cary, NC -> The Alida, Savannah, GA We took a little longer to leave The Umstead because we had breakfast outside (the açaí bowl is delicious!) & drank our coffee leisurely but we got on the road around 10:30ish. We got to Savannah around 3:30pm or so & also hit more traffic than expected. We checked into the Alida & then walked to the closet Dot stop (Savannah’s free trolley service) & took it to Forsyth Park. It was beautiful… & really hot! We ended up heading back & getting pizza at Graffiti Pizza & then got gelato at District Gelato before heading back, showering, & settling in to relax for the night. LTKSeasonal LTKtravel LTKfamily
