The easiest way I can get in all the servings of fruit & vegetables I want in a day is to stuff as many as I can into each meal 🤷🏻♀️ For me, yogurt or oatmeal works best- I also add granola, peanut butter, flax seeds, & sometimes collagen & spirulina 😋
