As a fitness trainer on my third pregnancy, I've practically lived in athleisure. I'm excited to share my top pieces that I absolutely LOVE.

Nike introduced their maternity line just in time for my first pregnancy. I wore the Nike One Legging throughout each pregnancy and even postpartum! Now, they've released the Zenvy Maternity Legging, and it has become my new favorite.

Pre-pregnancy, I wore a size Small in Nike leggings. With their maternity line, you can stick to your pre-pregnancy size because the leggings grow with your belly. I'll show you how they look both over the belly and folded down.

For bras, I've had to size up in non-maternity styles, but Nike's nursing bras are AMAZING. They have adjustable straps and bands. The new pumping bra is my favorite and just launched before this pregnancy. I'm looking forward to using my Willow pumps during my next breastfeeding journey.

I'm so grateful for these amazing pieces that help expecting mothers stay active and feel great!

All my favorite beauty tools! I’ve been using the PMD Wand for years, but recently acquired the BeautyBio GLOfacial & GLOpro during a big sale last year and been obsessed with them! I used to get microneedling 1x a year and a hydrofacial 2x a year, but now I don’t! Using these as regular maintenance has given me similar results without having the leave the house. I really love my Solawave when I don’t really want to do a whole routine with the BioBeauty stuff, and lastly / the cup! It’s great for tension in my jaw but also helps with congestion. I’ve also noticed it helps with blood flow in my face and I always feel a little more refreshed after :)
