Mini Pumpkin Cheeseballs are the perfect Thanksgiving appetizer! They are easy to make, adorable and delicious.
1 block cream cheese
2 tablespoons red pesto
1.5 tablespoons paprika
Ritz Crackers
Pretzel Sticks
Chives
Combine the cream cheese, pesto and paprika. Roll into bite size balls (it will be sticky.) Place onto the crackers. Chill in the fridge for 3 hours. Add a small pretzel stick for the stem and a small piece of chive. Best if served right away. Enjoy!
