My go to matcha recipe. It’s very easy!
I use Pique matcha but it’s pricey so I’ve started to explore some others. The key is to get ceremonial grade matcha.
Blend your matcha powder with enough water to dissolve it (you can do less or more!)
Milk of chaise (sometimes I use nut pods creamer but I prefer whole milk to almond milk)
Add about 1 tbsp or more of maple syrup (depending on how sweet you like) you can always add more!
Add a dash of cinnamon I don’t *love cinnamon so I don’t do too much - use however much you like.
