The shelves are very high quality and the bins with labels are included. I store open ended toys in the bins on the top shelf for our toddler to access when he wants them! And then every week I put out 4-6 new toys on the bottom shelf. I occasionally rotate the open ended toys in the bins to be a different variation of the same thing! (Eg.
