I know something about fashion that I WISH editors knew and now that Fashion Month is over, I am ready to spill.
We want the same thing! When it comes to fashion, isn’t the point to inspire people to dress their best and wear their clothes with confidence? I think so and I’m sure editors would agree, so why doesn’t it feel like that?
This is a direct response to those that commented “Influencers don’t have the “fashion background/education” qualifications to sit front row” on my Influencers are ruining fashion week post a few weeks back.
First off, a lot of your favorite editors don’t have a lick of true fashion background but I digress. The influencers are front row because we know how to make shoppers feel like they want to be a part of the brand, in essence, we are the bridge between fashion and shoppers. So wouldn't editors be overjoyed with us being front row? After all, we are the ones driving conversion and conversation.
