Empty the entire cabinet/container. You want to see everything you have. 3. Make your categories: ▪️Cold/Flu ▪️Tummy Troubles ▪️Allergies ▪️Pain Relief ▪️Kid Meds ▪️First Aid/Band-Aids 4. 👀 at expirations. Toss loose pills, or grab a baggie to contain foil pill packs that no longer have a box. (This also saves on space.) 5. Put everything back! You did it — you ready for the next medical emergency.🙌🏼 6. Not loving your current storage situation?
