📞 Do you remember when we all had minimalist phones? We made calls. We answered calls. We been listened to voicemails.
📱 Today our phones do almost everything. So let’s be sure it’s working FOR you and not AGAINST you.
⏰ Take time to declutter your apps, turn off notifications and even clean up your photos!
1.Delete every single app that you haven’t used in the past 2 months.
Don’t think too hard.
If you really need it - you can always re-download!
NOTIFICATIONS
2. Go to your settings and turn off notifications you don’t need.
* do you really need to instantly know when someone “likes” your instagram photo or send you a DM?
* Do you really need to know when EVERY email arrives in your inbox?
Your phone works for you. Don’t let it boss you around! Show that thing who’s boss.
…. it’s you.
3. Make your Home Screen MINIMAL. Only the essentials.
* Are you spending too much time on one app in particular? Move it only a separate page, or even inside a separate folder.
* Not keeping something in plain sight can increase your productivity elsewhere.
Photos got you bogged down?
Try this to slowly delete photos you no longer need
1. Go to your photos app
2. Hit SEARCH
3. Type in today’s date
4. Go through everything in your phone from THAT day and only from that day. Delete what you don’t want or no longer need.
5. Ideally, we would this every day to slowly thin out your photos. However, do what you can when you can! Every little bit helps.
