✏️ School supply shopping was ALWAYS one of my favorite childhood events — and probably a major motivator behind becoming an elementary school teacher…my love of kids + learning also playing a small role. 📒 I love the markers, the fresh crayons and I remember the intense interal debates about which folder would give the right “statement” to my peers. Lisa Frank typically always spoke to my heart. 🦄 Lucky for me, both kids willingly let me choose their backpacks. Charlie is dinosaurs 🦕 through and through and Sophie inherited my deep love of all things girly. 🌈 and 🦄 suit her perfectly and are a nod to my glorious Lisa Frank days. Respect👊🏼 These @potterybarnkids backpacks are super durable. They’re each on their third year and still look brand new. I love a matching set (shocker) and also love that you can throw both the lunch box and the backpack in the washer (let them air dry). The lunch boxes also come with bento box inserts so you can avoid all the plastic baggies and unnecessary packaging. (Dishwasher safe 🥳) 🎉Here’s wishing you a happy back to school season.
