And asking yourself why am I like this? 🤪 Reminding you guys (and myself) to listen to our bodies. I had the time to move this morning but chose to doom scroll because I was exhausted and plugged in my coffee IV instead, and then did something completely random because I didn’t want to change into workout clothes. It’s ok to have some days on top of your game. It’s also ok to have days where you’re meh too. Our cycle plays such a big role in these waves and it’s so important to remember you’re not a failure when you have these days. Also movement always is the answer. And so is ☀️.
