If I was to design a living room again, the number 1 thing I would do …is thrift all of my furniture pieces to save money💰! Who needs to buy new when there are so many great secondhand options out there! 🤷‍♀️ 1️⃣My sofa in my living room was originally from wayfair for $1400 and I got it on Facebook Marketplace for $800. 2️⃣The leather wingback chair was my grand mother’s. I cherish this piece. 3️⃣My channel back chair was a thrifted find. 4️⃣The wood bench came from a flea market. 5️⃣The wood coffee table was on Facebook Marketplace for $20. To add more character to the space, I would go with thrifted first, DIY second, and new pieces of decor third that could be changed out seasonally. What about you? Do you agree?
