AM routine: Workout ✔️ Quiet time ✔️ Gameplan set for the day ✔️
I’ve noticed when these 3 things don’t happen first thing, my whole day feels out of whack, and things slip through the cracks.
My schedule is absolutely CRAY atm, and after my AM routine , “routine” isn’t at all in my vocab... but I’m learning and { trying to! } improve each day/week on:
➕ time blocking- and STICKING TO IT... which often means...
➕ ...saying “no” to some things to make room to...
➕ ...pause, breathe, and pray through the cray 🙏🏽😜
