🌸 I use different parts of my senses to relax. So for touch I do skin care. I love this eye cream & night cream because I tend to have sensitive skin. They’ve worked wonders for me with reducing fine lines & giving me glowing skin ☺️
🌸I like to use the guasha & rollers for my face when I apply my skin care. It feels so good & it also feels like a luxurious experience 💕
🌸 I like to use this fragrance spray mist because it’s light & floral! I feel like I’m
surrounded by flowers 🥰 It’s not an overpowering scent for me. Our sense of smell can keep us grounded in the present ✨
📔 Last but not least is using a gratitude/mindfulness journal ✍🏼 It really only takes 5 minutes of your time in the morning & at night. Using this consistently can help you to focus on the good in your life & help guide you in recognizing areas you might want to redirect/improve.
