🍝 Easy Crockpot Ground Beef Baked Ziti Recipe! 🍝
Looking for a cozy, one-pot dinner that’s a hit with the whole family? Try this crockpot baked ziti—so easy to make and full of cheesy goodness. Perfect for busy weeknights or when you need a comfort meal!
Ingredients:
• 32 oz ricotta cheese
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp dried basil
• 1/4 tsp pepper
• 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese + more for topping
• 48 oz marinara sauce (2 jars, 24 oz each)
• 12 oz gluten-free penne pasta
• 16 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 lb ground beef
Instructions:
1. Brown ground beef on the stove until cooked through.
2. In a bowl, mix ricotta, eggs, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesan, basil, salt, and pepper.
3. Spray your crockpot with non-stick spray and layer the bottom with marinara sauce.
4. Add half of the ground beef, followed by a layer of pasta.
5. Drop 5 scoops of the ricotta mixture and top with mozzarella cheese.
6. Repeat the layering 2 more times.
7. Finish with a layer of sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan.
8. Cook on HIGH for 2-2.5 hours.
