Camel Trousers: Old Navy (XS) These pants run a little large so I would size down if between sizes. They have elastic in the back of the waistband so they do have give.
White Long Sleeve Tee: H&M basic. I wear an. s for a tight fit. Size up 2 sizes for a looser fit. It also comes in a black and white stripe.
