iced lavender matcha latte recipe 💜:
1. Boil water to 140°F - 160°F in kettle
2. Place the bamboo whisk into your bowl/chawan
3. Pour hot water into bowl/chawan and allow bamboo whisk to sit for about 1 minute
4. Remove bamboo whisk and pour out water from the bowl/chawan
5. Use a towel to dry off bowl/chawan
6. Scoop 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder
7. Grab your sifter and soft matcha powder into your bowl/chawan
8. Pour about 1oz of warm (not boiling) water over matcha powder in bowl/chawan
9. Grab bamboo whisk and whisk matcha for about 30 seconds following an ‘M’ or ‘W’ motion.
10. Grab your glass & add 1 teaspoon of lavender monin gourmet syrup
11. Fill your glass with ice
12. Pour 4-6oz of calicos farms oat barista blend into glass
13. Pour matcha from your bowl/chawan into your glass
14. Stir, sip and enjoy :)
