Ok mamas. 😬If you know, you know that store bought goldfish crackers are just not good for you, or your dentist keeps telling you they’re bad for our kiddo’s teeth. (Though I definitely ate loads of them growing up😆) so here is an easy 3 ingredient homemade (and gluten free too!) goldfish cracker recipe. These turned out fluffy and crunchy and almost like a brazi bite?! So delicious. The only things I’ll do differently next time is add a little more cheese!
▢ 3cups shredded cheddar cheese
▢ 1 cup all purpose flour or gluten free flour (I used bobs red mill gf flour 1 for 1)
▢ 4 tbsp unsalted butter, cold
▢ 1-2 tbsp ice water, as needed
350 degrees for about 12 mins, depending on the thickness.
so delicious! My kids (and celiac husband) love!
