Day 5 in my Wool& Dress

My daughter had the day off, so I treated myself to a slow morning—sleeping in and staying in my pajamas for hours. It was pure bliss, but now I’m struggling to find the motivation to tackle the rest of my day!

Day 2 of 100 in my Wool& Sierra Dress. I kept my walk to just a mile today since it’s a full day ahead—picking up soda for tomorrow’s choir social, dropping it off at the high school, researching and writing an essay for my U.S. History class as part of my master’s program, heading to a PTO meeting, and then finishing the day with my weekly community group.

I’m so thankful I didn’t have to waste time deciding what to wear. Simplifying my wardrobe is one less decision on a busy day like this!

It’s National Great American Pot Pie Day, and there’s just something about serving a warm, golden pot pie over creamy mashed potatoes that makes me so happy. Maybe it’s the comfort, the simplicity, or the way it slows everything down for a moment. ⁣

Both recipes are from *Magnolia Table Vol. 1,* and tonight they’re filling my kitchen with the kind of goodness that nourishes both body and soul.
