This is my favorite sports bra. I have at least eight of them in different colors. Today I’m actually gonna get the tan one because Aerie’s tire site is 30 to 40% off.

I wear a size medium in the sports bra even though I’m a size small in tops. I think it’s because my ribs expanded with pregnancy. And I’m normally a 34B. However, even when I was a 34C I still wore medium in this sports bra if that helps you decide on a size.

So definitely snag one of these today. I’ll link a few other things from them that I really love that are on sale.

There are so many benefits to walking and hiking with a weighted vest on. It kind of seems weird because carrying extra weight on your body as fat is not good for your joints, but temporarily carrying extra weight with the weighted vest is actually super beneficial. I’m telling you Google it and there’s so much info out there!.

I got the 20 pound one from Walmart in the link below and the 16 pound one from Amazon. Both are great. But I kind of prefer the Walmart one because it sits higher on my body and doesn’t rub on my hips.

Also size down if you can. I got a small which was their smallest size and it’s still very oversized on me.

I have this seven dollar layering top and five different colors and wear it almost every single day in the fall. It fits incredible and is so comfy and truly is perfect for layering.

Perfect to wear to fall sporting events or on any chilly full day! And it’s only $29. I’ll also link my eight dollar layering top that I pretty much wear every day in a different color. And my favorite jeans.

I get asked about this weighted vest all the time. I thought I had a 16 pound so maybe they got rid of that option. But I recommend starting at 12 regardless. Maybe even less depending on your fitness level

I love this nautical looking sweater. I size down to an extra small, but it’s a little small so I probably should’ve just gotten my normal size which is a small. It’s so cute and so affordable!

For REAL though, I can’t even tell you how many times either Kevin or I have been stressed about ordering things or going to the store last minute for the kids lunch items. They always eat the same things each week (we are not fancy for our school lunches - ha!) so we just have everything we use on auto delivery from Walmart subscriptions* and choose to have it delivered every Sunday. My airport outfit today! My top is under eight dollars and it is the perfect layering top for fall! And I can’t even begin to express to you how much I love these flats. I got them in a leopard print as well. They are so so cute and comfortable!
