I wish I had discovered this hack sooner …. This corner of my house has been empty for quite some time. I’ve had a really hard time trying to decide what to put here. Until, I found this! Using a few simple things that I had lying around the house, I was able to make this little 4ft tree from Amazon look more realistic and soooo good. I added a tall planter to give it some more height (the planter was a DIY that I will be posting soon), then I added a box at the bottom of the planter to give it a little bit MORE height. Using some brown craft paper, i stuffed it around the inside of the pot to fill up the gap, and make the Olive Tree a little more stable. I topped off everything with moss (this gives it a much more realistic and “finished” look). I am so so happy with how this turned out and I am loving the color that this brings into my home for spring time! This tree is so affordable and such great quality!
