Episode 21: Accent Tables and things

Highlights:
1. If you can’t seem to put your finger on what exactly is missing in your living room— depending on your layout— it’s probably an accent table.
2. Think of them as a “quiet connector.” It subtly connects the dots between furniture.
3. If you’re not sure about whether or not you need one: buy one, put it into place, and live with it for a few days. Then after you get used to it, take it away and look at your room from a Birds Eye view. If you now NOTICE the difference it made, then that is your answer!

Part 25: Outdoor Christmas decor 🫠🎄

Highlights:
1. The only thing I would spend extra money on when it comes to outdoor holiday decor is a front door wreath.
2. Howeverrr even if you buy beautiful add ons for a wreath like bronze bells (without the actual inside bell thing of course) burgundy berry stems, velvet ribbon etc. it will still be an ugly wreath if the wreath itself is cheap!
3. Inflatables are the seasonal term for pillows-with-words-on-it.

1. You won’t get that natural droop on your mantle using just garland alone. Layer in a mix of textured stems and branches first, then let the real-touch garland drape over them to create that full, elevated look.
2. For those asking about how to fill up those real Christmas trees (like, from the wild) use the long piney stems I showed you here!
3. I’ve yet to find a fabulous huge front door wreath that is less than $50. I’ll continue the hunt for all of us later this week.

Okay so this is pre-cut wainscoting, comes with a full one-pager of the measurements and every piece is labeled with a number 1-3. All you do is measure your wall accordingly, put some adhesive on each one, and caulk around it.

I painted them before hand to match the wall (which I do NOT recommend— just paint it after since you have to caulk. Dumb move)

These REAL human hair clip ins are my top selling product of all time. I’m using the 24 inch set in “chocolate brown to honey blonde.” When my hair was more blonde all around I used them in the color “ombré walnut brown to ash blonde”.
