My morning wellness routine: Wake up to my @hatchforsleep I use the first birds sound and the Malibu sunrise light. Take off my @slipsilkpillowcase eye mask Take off my @theskinnyconfidential mouth tape Take my temperature with my @naturalcycles app Oral care. Tongue scrapping is a must. Ice rolling with the @theskinnyconfidential mint roller Electrolytes in my room temperature water. Make coffee. I use a @fellowproducts pour over and kettle with @foursigmatic half caffeine coffee and course I froth up some cream. Meditate for 10 minutes with my @currentbody red light mask. Journal. Write down what I’m grateful for. To do list. Brain dump. Affirmations. Yoga. Workout. Today I did yoga and walked for an hour on my treadmill. Next I’ll make my protein shake and take alllllll the supplements. Last but not least I’ll do my morning gua sha with my @theskinnyconfidential dry brush, pink balls and oil.
