INGREDIENTS
Whipped Feta
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 cup feta cheese
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
7 Layer Dip
10 oz. original hummus
1/2 cup diced cucumbers
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives
1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
Pinch of salt
Pinch of ground pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1. For the whipped feta, to a small food processor, add cream cheese, feta cheese, garlic clove, oregano, basil and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and garlic clove is fully minced/incorporated.
2. To assemble the 7 Layer Dip, using a large plate, evenly spread whipped feta on the bottom. Top with hummus, cucumber, tomato, red onion, kalamata olives and finish with feta, salt, and pepper.
3. Serve with fresh pita bread and enjoy!
