My winter fashion staples include beanies and puffy vests. I prefer not to drive while wearing a puffer jacket, as I find it too cumbersome. Vests are a more practical choice for me. Whenever I'm not in a sunny location, you can be sure to find me wearing a beanie, which provides warmth and coziness, particularly for my ears. This is a designer hat and vest but there are so many great one’s!

Fall is definitely my favorite time of year! I love the color changes in the leaves. The air is so crisp, and it's still sweater weather. My kids used to love playing in the leaves; so do I. We're fishing in Vermont, using handmade flies, including my favorite chartreuse ones. This is our fourth time fly fishing after Colorado, Tennessee, and Maine. While we didn't catch anything, it was a great afternoon! I actually thought I was catching a fish but it was a leaf.

We checked into a beautiful Vermont inn with our dear friends. I'm relieved to see healthy food options after consuming plenty of maple sugar, one of my favorite candies. No apple picking necessary!
