A classic blue and white look. Maybe it’s just me but there’s something about this color combination that reminds me of prep school uniforms. Even though it’s sunny, I was still able to layer a sleeveless turtleneck vest on top of a sheer striped button down. Since this vest is roomy and relaxed, I decided to add some definition by way of a statement belt. I kept my bottom simple with a tweed mini skirt.
