Early morning food runs in the city calls for comfortable platform sneakers, leggings, and a puffer jacket! I also wore my trusty travel crossbody from Marc Jacobs; it’s the MVP of my domestic and international travels!

We walked from the hotel to Lions & Tigers & Squares Detroit Pizzas in Chelsea. I do a tremendous amount of research about cities I visit to ensure I get the best possible experience. We already have Prince St. Pizza in San Diego so I wanted to try another highly rated pizza joint! This was on many lists of Must-Try’s so we gave it a go!

How do I stay warm in NYC during December? Layering up! I wore a thermal long sleeve under my chunky pom-pom sweater and topped it off with a black puffer jacket. Summer may be coming to an end very soon but I’m going to make the most of all this beautiful sunny weather while I still can! This ivory waistcoat/vest hasn’t been worn all too much so I wanted to build an outfit around it. I love how it has a front twist tie so I can keep my accessories to a minimum. Since it has a very deep V-neckline, I layered an eyelet bralette underneath. To keep the outfit summery, I wore my pleated chain and rope high waisted shorts with strappy sandals and my lady Dior!
