Harley Quinn Halloween costume idea! My daughter is 10 & can fit into xs-s in womens. I didn’t like the shorts on her so she wore her blue Jean shorts & we added some fishnet leggings under them. If you have a girlie Who is already blonde then you won’t need the wig. Just paint the tips. I did hers with eyeshadow!! Wasn’t going to buy hair spray she would use one time.
