What do you think, was the dehydrator the way to go? The idea of having my gas oven running for 6+ hours makes me too nervous so this was well worth the investment for me. And I love how bright the 🍊 is! I ran mine for about 24 hours at 130 degrees. I turned it off at night so roughly 12 hours a day. Low and slow. (Is that the correct way?
