1. The Castaways by Elin Hilderbrand :: 4/5⭐️ this is a story that tells of the lives of a group of 8 friends who call themselves The Castaways. When 2 of the friends go on an anniversary trip and don’t come back, the group is devastated. But secrets are revealed and conflict is not far behind. With dual timelines telling the story of how the friend group became what it was, this story spans decades and touches on some hard topics. They particularly go into great detail about 9/11, so proceed with caution. Over all the book was a good read. Elin Hilderbrand knows how to write a good story!
