For the past few days, I’ve been at a loss for words. That’s not typical. But neither are the horrific videos I’ve seen streaming online. It’s been a reminder that there are terrible people in the world who are full of hatred. People willing to attack innocent bystanders and rock a nation to the core. These events have been unfathomable, and I can’t imagine the fear felt by many. Though one thing I believe to be true- the Israeli and Jewish people as a whole are resilient. They are strong. And most importantly, they are not alone. Amidst all of the social media postings I have seen, one quote stood out and rings so clear. “You don’t have to be Jewish. You don’t have to be Israeli.
