These Easter Basket Cookies are the perfect sweet treat-and such a fun recipe to make with the kids this Easter weekend! 🐰🪺 - Recipe shared below.

Ingredients:
-Sugar Cookie
- Easter M&M's
- Philadelphia No Bake Cheesecake (or filling of your choice)
- Edible Grass
- Milk Chocolate Rainbow Mini Candy Eggs
-Pam Cooking Spray

Recipe:
Coat your cookie dough in M&M's and slice into individual pieces. Place each one in a greased muffin pan and bake at 350 for approximately 12 min or until cookies are lightly golden brown. Take a shot glass (spray the bottom with PAM), and place in the center of the cookie creating a hole- forming the basket!
Add a scoop of no bake cheesecake filling (Philadelphia would be ideal, but I couldn't find it in my local store, so l used a no bake cheesecake mix instead). Lastly, add your fun Easter toppings: Peeps, edible grass, & mini candy eggs). Your Easter dessert is ready to serve for the whole family to enjoy! 😋

VIRAL STRAWBERRY BANANA BARK!!
Ingredients:
• fresh strawberries,
•sliced banana slices
•melted dark chocolate
• creamy nut butter of choice
•flaky sea salt (optional)
Directions:
1. Arrange your strawberry slices on a parchment lined baking sheet with one banana slice in the center.
2. Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top.
3. Top with flaky sea salt (optional).
4. Drizzle creamy nut butter on top.
5. Freeze until the chocolate hardens.
6. Add more flaky sea salt if desired and enjoy!

Celebrated her 5th Birthday this weekend and sharing this fun dirt cake recipe below!

The Best Dirt Cake EVER!! 😋

INGREDIENTS
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 8oz block cream cheese
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 stick butter
3 cups milk
1 12oz container Cool Whip (regular/light)
1-1/2 packages Oreo cookies

INSTRUCTIONS
Grind cookies using a food processor until crumbly and set aside.
Mix pudding and milk and let settle in the fridge at least 10 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, butter, and confectioners sugar. Add in pudding mixture and combine until smooth.
Fold in Cool Whip until everything is combined.
Layer bottom of trifle dish with a layer of cookie crumbs. Follow with pudding mixture, alternating with cookies until everything is used up. Decorate as desired, serve and enjoy!

A fun time saving hack!! 👏 Store bought desserts for the win. Sam’s Club has some of the biggest pies if needing to feed a large party! This idea would be great for any gathering or holiday party. Just decorate accordingly to the season. Thanksgiving dinner sure would look great with a turkey in the middle versus the spider! 😉

Here is everything I used:
Start by purchasing a store bought pie! I picked up a pumpkin pie at @samsclub. They have some of the biggest I've seen if needing to feed a large party. I then try add additional decorative items. You can decorate accordingly to the season!

JACK-O'-LANTERN STUFFED PEPPERS

Ingredients
* 4 orange bell peppers
* extra-virgin olive oil
* Kosher salt
* Freshly ground black pepper
* 1 onion, finely chopped
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 2 tsp. chili powder
* 1 lb. ground beef
* 1 c. cooked white rice
* 1 c. low-sodium chicken broth, divided
* 1 (15-oz.) can fire-roasted tomatoes
* 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack, divided

Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°. Cut off (and reserve) the top of each pepper. Remove and discard the cores and seeds. Using a sharp paring knife, carve a Jack O'Lantern face into each pepper. Drizzle the inside of each pepper with oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Time to make your stuffing: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large nonstick skillet. Cook onions, garlic, and beef until meat is no longer pink, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon. Turn off heat and drain fat. Return skillet to stovetop over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir in chili powder. Add fire-roasted tomatoes, 1/2 cup chicken broth, cooked rice and 3/4 cup of cheese. Stir until mixture is evenly combined.

Step 3: Divide rice and beef mixture between hollowed out peppers. Top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove foil and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes, or until peppers are tender and cheese is melty.

This was fun and super easy! 🎃

How I easily transformed this store bought HEB cake into a birthday cake for my sons 1st birthday party! This saved me so much money compared to getting one professionally made and I feel like it still served the same purpose!
1. Purchase a cake and remove any unwanted icing (could choose to re-ice to your liking if needed)
2. Add a main cake topper (happy birthday, or something that goes with your theme - mine was a tractor-farm themed birthday so I used a toy!)
3. Add additional cake toppers ( I added these balloons which come in a variety of colors).

Ta-da now you’re ready to display it and serve to your guest and they will never know that it wasn’t professionally made! 🙂
