Creating a bar is the perfect way to enjoy your night as a hostess! You can prepare (almost) everything in advance, then people can help themselves, and you can sit at the table without thinking about the next course. Always check the buffet to clean it up, or refill it as needed. Today I am showing you how to create a soup bar - when you are in Florida, you don’t realize it’s winter. Still, now I am in Boston, there is a snowstorm, and I can see this buffet is really on point for most of you because I spent the entire day dreaming about a cup of hot soup and a glass of red wine! I prepared potato leek, then tomato, peas soups and lobster bisque(Whole Foods has them ready for you if you are not in the mood to cook). Then I added lots of toppings, fresh herbs, and sour cream. I also created a good selection of bread, grissini, and crackers. It was a hit(even in Palm Beach😎, FL). What do you think? Send me your pictures if you do it too!
