Dave loved coming out on this deck when we first bought our condo, before they erected a building and blocked it off. Whether he was grilling, people watching, or enjoying the view of the water — it was, and has always been the simplest things that make him happy (as you’ll see his reaction to a clean grill and a mini grill flashlight I added).
