Design Tips for Bathroom Decor…

1. Floating or hanging shelves are best, so less furniture on the floor (makes cleaning easier!)

2. Shop vintage. This is the perfect spot for unique finds in a thrift shop. Quirky can be a win here!

3. Think function. Self-care items can be stored in vases and canisters.

4. Items often used in bathroom decor:
Books
Framed art
Framed poems
Canisters
Vases
Faux Flowers
Real plants (if you have light!)
Candles

5. Make It Yours. A can of spray paint will be your best friend! If one piece needs to fit in, but it’s the wrong color, spray it!

Shelf Styling 😍
Are you stuck on what to use for styling shelves? Plants are usually my go-to, but in a room without much light, that’s not an option.
I mixed gold decor in with whimsical items, based on my son’s interests. A book stack, a “thumbs up,” 3 world globe orbs in a wooden tray, a vintage car piggy bank, and a ceramic bag to hide a few items. It works well for him.
