MONSTER RICE KRISPIES TREATS // Super easy and fun Halloween treat. Great for kiddos to help.

You’ll need:
- Rice Krispies treats (If you’re looking for super easy, buy the premade ones.)
- Candy/chocolate melts - any color
- Popsicle sticks
- Halloween sprinkles
- Candy eyes
- Wax paper

Let’s make them:
- Insert a popsicle stick in each Rice Krispies treat
- in a bowl, melt colored candy/chocolate according to directions on package
- in other bowls, add sprinkles and eyes (separately)
- set aside a sheet pan covered with wax paper
- Dip each treat in the melted candy/chocolate
- add desired sprinkles, holding over bowl to help with cleanup
- place on wax covered sheet pan to dry

There are so many ways to make these treats your own. And because they’re monsters, you really can’t make any mistakes. Fun times!

I recently lost 45 lbs and suddenly had a closet full of nothing to wear. Old Navy said “we got you, boo!”

I had the most wonderful experience shopping for jeans…JEANS! I never knew that feeling before. The sales associate who helped me had recently lost 30 lbs herself and she made me feel amazing and gave great feedback about everything I tried. (Her millennial spirit did not like the skinny jeans I tried on.) I emerged with jeans (and athleisure) that look good on me and at a price point where I won’t feel bad about what I spent when I lose more weight and need to grab more.

DIY Tabletop Fire Pit
I used a cement bowl, rocks from the hardware store, 70% rubbing alcohol, and a mini fire pit. The result is so good. (Make sure your bowl is deeper and wider than your fire pit.) The fire is big enough for s’mores and cozy nights but small enough that I feel I can control it. An easy and quick DIY project that’s perfect year round.
