After much research, here are some tips to help you when searching for toxinfree pots & pans: ❌avoid ANYthing “nonstick” ❌ avoid Aluminum: non-anodized aluminum easily leaches into cooked foods, especially when the foods are acidic. Aluminum is cumulative, and even small doses over time become highly toxic. It’s a powerful neurotoxin. ❌avoid Teflon: Teflon cookware can emit a chemical called perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA). Also T-Fal and Silverstone ❌Copper: unless it’s on the OUTSIDE of the pan, I’d avoid.
