This 5 minute gratitude has help me recall all the joy in my life and helps me feel better everyday. It is so important to start your day with gratitude being thankful for life and all that you have on your way through your journey to what you want. You must be first grateful for what you have before you can ever receive more. This book helps to draw out all that I truly am grateful for with different questions each day that make me think deeply. Some writing journals give me anxiety 😟 but this one is short and sweet and calls up good feelings instead of triggering not so good ones.
