✨ A Few of My Favorite Things 💥 Since diving into entrepreneurship, spending time against my own personal development has been a priority. It all began with Hal Elrod’s, The Miracle Morning, and his life “SAVERS”: Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading & Scribing (Journaling). But I have to admit, it all started to feel like a chore 🫤. I’d get frustrated if my routine was cut short and I didn’t get around to it all. While I love doing each of these things, I felt like a robot checking off my morning list as opposed to truly being present and recharging during my time alone. So, I’ve remixed it lately and made it a priority to do the 1-3 things I feel like doing that morning…time permitting. Let’s face it, some mornings are just NOT cut out for all 6 practices! Sometimes it’s just reading & journaling…other times it’s meditation and working in my latest devotional…and on the mornings I work out early, that’s it!
