The Nike sneakers from my reel are YOUTH sizing, and they run a half size large. So if you are a women’s size 9 or lower, these will fit you. I’m a true size 8 in women’s, and the 6Y/7.5W fit perfectly. They do not carry this color in adult sizing at this time.
