How to Hang a Gallery Wall Like a Pro 🤍 As an interior designer I often get asked what’s the best way to hang a gallery wall. So I’m going to let you in on a few secrets I’ve learned to make your gallery wall perfect! First off measure your wall. Measure the height and width of your wall to determine spacing and what size frames would work best. Here I centered my frames 28” from the floor and 20” from ceiling on an 86” wall. Then purchase your frames. I purchased my 18 x 18 frames from Amazon that I’ve linked to this post. Next up it’s time to hang your frames. When hanging a gallery wall you want to keep your frames close together without too much space in between. I spaced my frames 2.5” between the frames and 2” between the top and bottom of the frames. Always measure to and use a leveler to make sure you’re getting precise measurements before you hammer your nail in. Remember unison is key so you want your gallery wall to look evenly spaced! Another tip - hanging a light above your frames can really elevate your gallery wall! Here I hung a battery powered light from Amazon to add some ambiance to this wall. I recommend hanging your light 7” above to perfectly illuminate your frames. LTKFindsUnder100 LTKHome
