This dress is from Amazon and it fit like a glove last year in a size XXL, but I was unable to raise my arms or move without the skirt hiking up (I’m 5’10) so this year I bought the 3XL. It is roomier where every time I move my body I’m not readjusting and guess what? Sizing up doesn’t affect my worth as a human being. No one died, the world didnt end and having a size larger only enhances my experience. PSA: You don’t owe anyone an explanation for the size of your clothes. A 3 in front of XL doesn’t make me any less charming, creative, beautiful….(shall I go on 😂), but because I like the fit better I can feel my confidence and I’m not constantly fidgeting to make sure my pancakes aren’t on display.
