Starting the morning strong (and saving $$$) with my at-home coffee setup. I’ve finally perfected my cup and honestly? I might be my favorite barista now 😂 Recipe: with/Without Espresso You can omit the maple syrup if you want..today I don’t want Maple but it’s a go to for sure! Maple Iced Latte Easy, no-stove version – serves 1 Ingredients: 1–2 shots of espresso (or ½ cup very strong chilled coffee) ¾ cup milk of choice (oat milk is chef’s kiss here) 1–2 tbsp pure maple syrup Ice Optional: Dash of cinnamon or a splash of vanilla extract for a cozy twist Instructions: Brew your espresso or strong coffee and let it cool slightly (or use pre-chilled coffee if you’re in a rush). Fill your favorite glass with ice. In a separate cup or shaker, combine the espresso, maple syrup, and optional cinnamon or vanilla. Shake or stir well until the syrup dissolves. Pour the mixture over ice. Top with your cold milk (bonus points if you froth it for that café look). Give it a little swirl, take a sip, and act like your kitchen is a coffee shop.
