THIS POST IS MY TAKE ON THE DAVID LETTERMAN TOP 10 LIST. Except it’s my top 3 and this will probably only happen once. My top 3? Rented. Red. @Rethreaded. ⠀ First up, this rented dress by @alc_ltd from @renttherunway is top 5 rentals of all time. It is the reason you rent. It’s luxury that you love so much you wear it 8 times in 4 weeks and realize it needs to be retired…thus the glory of the rented closet. It was, in essence, the mullet of dresses…if mullets were in style, didn’t remind you of the sorta smelly kid from first grade, and generally not frowned upon. It said business in the front, but party in the back/side. 😆 ⠀ Second, red is in my top 3 colors. I wear it often. It works year-round. Looks good on most everyone and it is the perfect pop of color, even for those who don’t love a pop of color. It doesn’t hurt that it was my high school color so I may or may not have more red items than one human should own. Red gets bonus points for being the primary color of my fav holiday, Christmas. 🎅🏻 ⠀ Last, but honestly the most important…if you don’t know about the goodness that is @Rethreaded now is your chance to check them out.
