So many of you responded that they liked my body better before I lost the weight. BUT it’s not about which version of me YOU like better! What do you want me to do? Stop eating healthy and quit working out? 😅 This is about me trying to go as healthy and fit as I can into menopause! I was a bit overweight and extra fat can lead to heart disease, type 2 diabetes, or even osteoarthritis, and some cancers.
It’s not about which body you find more attractive, it’s about which body is healthier! Here’s what happened after I lost the weight:
✅My BMI went down from 25.3 (overweight) to 23 (normal)
✅I gained 2 lbs skeletal muscle mass
✅Body Fat % down from 35.5 to 27.8
✅Visceral Fat Level (abdominal) down from 12 to 8
