A running vest does not have to be for long distance runners. For me personally, I need pockets to carry all my things and I LOVE the option of being hands free, no water bottle to carry, and being able to drink right from the vest. Game changer for me.

I got fitted at my local running elements store and picked Saucony guide 17 running shoes because they felt the best!

I paired those with Saucony running socks. The ultra lightweight ones are great for summer!
